Store Terms
Last updated: 2026-10-11 · Version 1
These terms apply to the LogiShell store at store.logishell.com and to the store inside the LogiShell app (together, the “Store”). They add to our Terms of Service; section 9 of those Terms is the short version. Operator details: LogiShell LTD, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17040399. Registered office: 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@logishell.com. Reports about a listing: hello@logishell.com.
1. What the Store is
The Store is a catalogue of artifacts for LogiShell: models, skills, MCP servers, prompts, workflows and knowledge packs (“listings”). We operate the Store as a hosting and intermediary service: we collect and display listings and we let you add them to LogiShell. We do not create most listings, we do not take custody of payments between you and developers, and we are not the seller of a third-party listing.
Listings come from two sources:
- Collected listings are gathered automatically from public sources (Hugging Face, GitHub, npm). The card shows the source, the licence the source states, size and popularity numbers as of the date shown, and sometimes a short machine-written summary marked as such.
- Submitted listings are published by their developers through the Store, under section 4.
2. Using the Store
- A card is information about a listing, not a warranty. Before installing, read the licence and the source. “Open” means the source states a licence that lets you install without an account; “restricted” and “gated” mean the author’s own terms apply and you must accept them at the source.
- Nothing installs from a link by itself. Installing runs on your machine or your hosted server under your authority. You are responsible for checking that a listing is suitable and safe for your use.
- Models and software are provided by their authors under their own licences, with whatever warranties those licences give, which is usually none. We do not warrant that a listing is accurate, safe, lawful, up to date or fit for a purpose.
- Where a listing has a price and the payment goes directly from your wallet to the developer, that contract is between you and the developer (section 5).
- Do not scrape the Store at a rate that harms it, misrepresent a listing as your own, or use the Store to distribute content that section 6 of the Terms of Service forbids.
3. Ranking and search
Collected listings are ordered by the sorting you choose (downloads, likes, stars, last update or size) or by relevance to your search. We do not sell ranking and no developer pays to appear higher. If we introduce sponsored or featured placement, it will be labelled as such on the card. We may hide a listing that fails our schema, whose source has disappeared, or that section 7 applies to.
4. Developers who publish listings
By submitting a listing you confirm and agree that:
- you own or have the rights to publish the listing and everything in it, including the licence you declare, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law;
- the name, description, licence, requirements and price you declare are accurate, and you will keep them accurate;
- the listing contains no malware, no hidden data collection and no undisclosed network access; a listing that sends data anywhere must say where and why;
- you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, index, summarise and link to the listing’s metadata and files for the purpose of operating the Store, for as long as the listing is published and for a reasonable time afterwards in caches and search results;
- you are responsible for any taxes, invoices and consumer rights that apply to sales you make through a direct payment, and for your own refund terms;
- you will answer reports forwarded to you about your listing within a reasonable time.
Collected listings use the metadata and licence that the public source states. If you are the author of a collected listing and want it corrected or removed from the Store, write to hello@logishell.com with the source address; we act on a verified request from the author.
You can remove your submitted listing at any time. We may remove or restrict a listing under section 7.
5. Payments to developers
Today, listings in the Store are free, with an optional donation, or paid by a direct transfer from your wallet to the developer’s wallet (the x402 protocol on public networks such as Base). For these payments:
- the developer is the seller and sets the price; we are not a party to the sale, we do not hold the funds and we charge no fee;
- the transfer is final on the network. We cannot reverse it, and the developer’s refund terms and your statutory rights against the developer apply;
- we verify that a payment matches the listing before unlocking it; we do not verify the developer’s tax or legal status;
- we are not a payment service, exchange, custodian or money transmitter in these payments.
If we later sell listings of our own or offer other payment methods, the seller, price, taxes and refund policy will be shown at checkout, and the Refund Policy will apply to our sales.
6. Business users and platform fairness
If you publish listings as a business, EU Regulation 2019/1150 on platform-to-business relations may apply. For that purpose: these Store Terms are the terms that govern your access; section 3 describes the main ranking parameters; section 7 describes when and how we restrict, suspend or remove a listing and how you can object; we will tell publishing developers about changes to these Store Terms at least 15 days before they take effect, unless a legal or security reason requires an earlier change; and complaints can be sent to hello@logishell.com.
7. Reports, removal and objections
Anyone can report a listing they believe is illegal, infringing, harmful or misdescribed. Send the listing address, what is wrong and, if it is your right that is affected, how we can verify that, to hello@logishell.com. We review reports and act on them without undue delay. We may:
- correct the card, where the problem is the metadata;
- restrict or remove the listing, where the report is substantiated or where the law requires it;
- suspend a developer who repeatedly publishes infringing or harmful listings.
When we remove or restrict a submitted listing, we tell the developer what we did and why, unless the law forbids it, and the developer may object to hello@logishell.com within 30 days with their reasons. We review objections and reinstate a listing that should not have been removed. Reports and objections made in bad faith, repeatedly, may be ignored after we have said so.
We may also act on orders from a court or an authority with jurisdiction, and we inform the developer where lawful.
8. Changes
We publish dated versions of these Store Terms. Material changes to the rules for developers are announced in advance under section 6. Continued publishing after the effective date is acceptance of the change; a developer who does not agree may remove their listings before then.
