Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-11 · Version 1

This policy explains when you can get your money back for LogiShell plans, hosted servers and usage credits, and how to ask. Operator details: LogiShell LTD, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17040399. Registered office: 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@logishell.com. It is part of our Terms of Service and adds to, and never takes away, the refund rights the law gives you.

1. Who sells and who refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds for plans and hosted servers are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used. Paddle normally completes a refund within 5 to 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

2. Plans (Pro, Founder and other subscriptions)

3. Hosted servers

4. Usage credits

Usage credits are not sold through Paddle; the seller and payment provider are named when you buy them. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Credits already spent on models, runs or compute are not refunded, because the service has been delivered. Any expiry is stated before purchase.

5. Payments to developers in the store

Where you pay a developer directly from your own wallet for a listing in the store, the developer is the seller and the payment goes to them, not to us. We cannot reverse that transfer and cannot refund it. The developer’s own refund terms apply, and your statutory rights against the developer remain. Write to hello@logishell.com if a developer does not respond; we will help you reach them and act under the Store Terms.

6. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for a digital service. Starting a plan or server does not take that right away unless you expressly asked for immediate supply and acknowledged the consequence at checkout. Where a service was started at your request, the law may allow a proportionate charge for the part used; our 14-day rules above are at least as generous. Consumers elsewhere keep whatever rights their local law provides. If something we sold is faulty or not as described, you have remedies regardless of the periods above.

7. How to ask

  1. Open the receipt Paddle emailed you and follow the link to Paddle’s customer portal, or go to paddle.net and enter your email and order number.
  2. Or write to hello@logishell.com from the email address on your account, with the order number and what you want (refund, cancellation, or both).
  3. We reply within 5 business days. A refund request made within the periods above is approved without conditions beyond those stated here.

We may refuse a refund only where this policy or the law allows it, and we will say why. Requests that look like abuse, such as repeated purchase and refund of the same plan, may be declined beyond the first purchase.
